“Would stay again”
+Loved the view and the pool. We also had daily cleaning service which we were expecting. It was like an Airbnb but run like a hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly

+These apartments were superb. Elli from reception was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble and we were given lots of info about the good restaurants to go to etc. Our rooms were clean and the air conditioning had a silence button - very important for a light sleeper! Pool was amazing and the views from our balcony was stunning. Would definitely return. Thank you Elli for making our holiday so wonderful.

“After more than 30 years of visiting Crete, we've finally found the place we'll keep coming back to.”
+I've been coming to Crete every year for more than 30 years and have stayed in a wide variety of accommodation. I discovered Hermes Sea View last year, and it ticked every box. From the moment you arrive, you're given a warm, friendly welcome. The staff are genuinely helpful and attentive, including the housekeeping team, who do an excellent job servicing the rooms every day. The panoramic sea view from the rooms is simply stunning, and falling asleep to the gentle sound of the waves is something truly special. The pool area is peaceful and rarely crowded, with the same breathtaking views across the sea. The hotel is tucked away from the busy main road, giving it a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, yet it's still within easy walking distance of plenty of excellent restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stop for Chania is conveniently located at the bottom of the hill. I should mention the steep walk up to the hotel, as it could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. That said, you do get used to it,it definitely seemed easier as the week went on! A special mention goes to our favourite restaurant of the holiday, Kri Kri. It's a family-run taverna specialising in traditional Creta

+Absolument tout était parfait. L'hôtel est très beau, très propre. La chambre bien équipée, la terrasse est grande avec vue sur la mer. La piscine est très propre avec vue sur mer, le jardin est très beau avec plein d'arbres fruitiers. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Très calme. Plutôt très bien situé (proche de la Canée) et plusieurs commerces et restaurants appréciables à proximité immédiate.

+La piscine est magnifique et constitue le gros point fort de l’établissement. Elle est moderne, très bien entretenue et offre une superbe vue sur la mer. La chambre était très propre. Nous avons également été bien accueillis et les hôtes se sont montrés réactifs avant notre arrivée.
−Nous avons payé 600 € pour 4 nuits via Booking et, à ce prix, nous nous attendions à une prestation bien supérieure. Notre principale déception concerne la chambre. Nous avons été logés dans un bâtiment annexe plus ancien, au-dessus de ce qui semble être le logement familial, qui n’apparaît absolument nulle part sur les photos de Booking. Toutes les photos mettent en avant le magnifique bâtiment blanc moderne, la piscine et les chambres rénovées. En découvrant notre hébergement, nous avons eu l’impression d’avoir réservé un autre établissement. L’intérieur de la chambre était également beaucoup moins moderne que le reste de l’hôtel. Les photos de cette catégorie de chambre existent bien sur Booking, mais elles l’embellissent énormément car elles sont prises par un professionnel, et ne reflètent pas tout à fait la réalité. Nous comprenons qu’il existe différentes catégories de chambres, mais le bâtiment annexe devrait être montré clairement. Nous avons eu le sentiment d’avoir été induits en erreur. Une fois cette première déception passée, tous les petits défauts nous ont aussi malheureusement sauté aux yeux : chambre chaude et humide à l’arrivée, impossibilité de dormir dans le noi

“Magnifique séjour”
+L hotel est juste magnifique ,au calme idéal si vous souhaitez la tranquillité loin des clubs de plage et autres gros hôtels .un hotel intimiste et extrêmement propre .idéal pour les couples . Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins ,toute l équipe est très sympathique et serviable . Je reviendrais avec plaisir dans ce superbe hôtel.
