+Our tiny room with a private small bathroom was perfect for a four-day stay. Everything was very clean. The mattress was large, firm, and comfortable, ideal for two tall people like us. Although we don't speak Italian, communication was smooth, and Enrico was very kind and helpful. The flat is well-located, close to Line 1’s Materdei and Museo stations, and just a 7-minute walk from the Museo Archeologico. Beware! The tourist tax is not included in the pre-paid accommodation cost and must be paid on-site in cash.

“The building shakes 24/7”
+I like that it’s independent kind of stay. They do let’s check ins and are quite responsive when you are not combining of things that they suppose to do and haven’t done, like breakfast!
−Shake!!!!! shake!!!! It’s not luxury at all!!! There is no breakfast! My trust on booking.com has came right down after this stay. A lot of the rate on this profile is FAKE! This is one of those appartments that people quickly weirdly set up just to make money. The building shakes intensively 24/7 due the metro line or what??? If you are a light sleeper don’t!!! Locations is OK and walking distance of the old center of the city, but it’s up hill. The building is supper old and there rats around the basement. I wouldn’t book ever again, I think I would rather a hostel! The owner responds your messages very nicely but that is not enough. After the first morning when the breakfast wasn’t available he told to go down to a bar next to the building and order a croissant and a coffee!! In my understanding offering breakfast on booking.com should be more than that. I am gluten intolerant and pretty much haven’t eaten in the morning relaying on their “breakfast” that I payed for!

+Enrico was very helpful and joyful! He was always a text away, and he answered all of our questions regarding the suite and also our questions regarding Napoli. He is definitely a memorable and kind host!
