“Even for business not enough”
+Clean
−There were works from 8 am in the morning since 5 pm and nobody advised this. We also eat at the restaurant and it was not at all good. The meat was very hard

+Restaurant is great. Many choices of food Management is really caring and supportive. Locat my lost luggage and arranged taxi.
−Restaurant breafast and service need to be improved. Aircon to be serviced, otherwise smell very moldy. The air dehumidifier is a life saver. One male receptionist had attitude and rude behavior.

“Good hotel”
+It's a very nice hotel. Comfortable. Had a great staff experience with the reception people as well as the staff at the main restaurant. Loved their breakfast.
−The guy/waiter at the backstage restaurant needs to learn customer service. Completely ignored me for 20+ minutes in an empty restaurant. House keeping needs to be a bit more thorough with their cleaning Dinner and lunch menu isn't that great There are no sockets next to the beds. Just a USB port.

“Bad”
+Everything was bad only the staff were positive and polite
−The property is in dire need of renovation. The room had a persistent smell, the drains clogged, and maintenance generally appears to have been neglected rather than kept up with. Breakfast was shocking , poor quality across the board, and the kitchen could not manage something as basic as a proper cappuccino. For what is charged, guests should expect a clean, functioning room and a decent breakfast. Neither was delivered.

“Poor.avoid this property.”
+Nothing except location.
−Booked rooms with breakfast and dinner. During check out, hotel demanded extra money for dinner stating that there is cap of 1500MUR. It was never stated in booking confirmation or voucher.

“Avoid this property.”
+Apart from location, nothing.
−1. Poor service. 2. Rooms are very poorly lighted. 3. No slippers, no towels put after room was cleaned. 4. Some of the Staff is arrogant. 5. If any amendment is made to fully paid reservation, hotel will not refund any money back in case you vacate early even due to genuine reason. 6. You stay extra for an hour, they will charge you for full / half day extra. 7. There are hardly any options for Vegetarian people in food. Inspite of booking in advance and conveying food preferences well in advance, nothing is done. Overall a very bad experience and wont prefer to come again. Thanks.

“Great! I've got no complaints.”
+I liked that it's a combination of several good things. The area, the availability of venues, the availability of activities, the service, and the size of the room all jointly shaped my experience of staying at the hotel.
−I think in the spa area, certain rooms could have been maintained a tiny tad better. The ceiling in the steam room needed better cleaning. But that was really the only thing that was a minus for me. Not a big deal.
