“Good location but deluxe room way too small with no view! 🙁”
+Great location.
−The room even though a deluxe room was way too small. We could barely fit in the room with 2 suitcases & 2 carry ons. And a horrible view to boot! 🙁 I had specifically asked for a nice room with a view to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Tried to stay out of room as much as possible. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly.

“Great value, location, staff, food, and cleanliness. Horrible single beds.”
+The staff were all very warm and helpful. The value for money was high, and the location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious and healthy, especially when served on the balcony on weekends. The facilities were also very clean.
−The two single beds were horrible.

“Henna is so well located, comfortable, clean, and a good find for proximity to top sights in Istanbu”
+The location is superb…especially to see the big 3 sites…cistern, blue mosque and Sofia. The staff are friendly and so. Ice…shout out to Manager Sema who has endless pep and is helpful beyond.
−The breakfast was fine, but wish hot offerings were hot temperature and eggs cooked to order would have been preferable.

“A warm, welcoming hotel with exceptional service, food and location.”
+The service was exceptional. The Manager leads by example, she goes out of her way to meet and chat to the guests. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to provide excellent service. The rooms were smallish but lovely and modern and super clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was wonderful, the food itself and location on the rooftop with stunning views. The hotel is located in the centre amongst many bars and restaurants and a very short easy walk to the main sites.
−Nothing, Couldn't fault it.

+Absolutt alt. Utrolig god frokost og veldig vennlig personell. Stuerent hver dag, og beliggenheten er utrolig god. 2. året på rad hvor vi booker oss hit, kommer til å gjøre det igjen.
−Ingenting å mislike.
