“Incredible Mountain Views”
+Everything was incredible. The view is beautiful. The room is clean and nice furnishings. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The family were so kind and helpful. The WiFi worked well. This is such a great place to stay.

“Breakfast with the best view in Ella.”
+Fantastic location, enjoyed having breakfast looking out onto the best view in Ella. Great facilities and friendly family members were on hand to help or offer advice about onward travel. Mahesh kindly gave me a lift to the accommodation in his tuktuk.
−There was nothing I did not like. Just that I only had time to stay 2 nights.

+The owner was very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. We also ordered homemade dinner which was excellent so as the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. The room was spacious and there is a private terrace to watch the stars at night.
−With the view like this expect it to be located on the appropriately steep hill and the access may be challenging for some.

“wonderful hosts and beautiful room ☺️”
+We stayed 4 nights here in Helly mount inn, and didn’t want to leave! The owner and his family were wonderful, kind people. They brought us a lovely breakfast every morning with a large variety of food - all very delicious 😋 We also used their tuktuk, laundry and scooter rental service which were all a good price. The owner was also very helpful in arranging activities for us and recommending the best spots in Ella. We found the location perfect for us - just a five minute tuktuk ride outside of the main town with several restaurants within walking distance. However, the highlight of our stay was definitely waking up to an incredible view of the mountains from our private terrace - we will miss it a lot!
