“Liked the theme, it’s was pleasant.”
+It’s very on theme. Definitely a beautiful setting. Very close to Oxbow and other Grand Teton hot spots.
−Room was snug, no place to put toiletries. Light and fan were on the same switch. We removed the light bulb so that the fan would run all night. Didn’t try the restaurant they didn’t seem to have a great selection.

“Maybe summer is better with more staff there.”
+It was super easy check in, they left the keys outside the reception. I wish they told us they’d do that though, it was a bit confusing but once we got the keys and envelope the directions to find the room was very straight forward. The location is great, super pretty and love that you can go horse riding there!
−I understand it’s a ranch so dust and dirt gets into the common areas but I did expect the room to be a lot cleaner! The floor wasn’t vacuumed and there were crumbs on the floor from previous people. The decorations and furniture were nice but very dirty so it was kinda creepy and I didn’t feel very safe. Also the restaurant/cafe wasn’t opened and no where on the website said this was the case which meant we had to drive to Jackson for food which is out the way and there’s no microwave or kettle!! Also when we were walking around the property when I looked into the kitchen area through the blinds it looked like there was a lot of trash /construction inside but in an insanitary way?

+The room and bathroom, while small, were clean and fine. The restaurant was awful, and the nearest next restaurant was,I was told,90 minutes away. Admittedly, I was there at the end of the season, but there was no beer or wine in the restaurant and just some airline food to warm up.

“Cool vibe not great value tho felt like camping”

−Not near anything no food around. They had a lot of weird rules. No staff was available once I checked in I had no idea what to do or where to go. I didn’t receive any messages pertaining the check-in process. Didn’t care for the way. The horses were being treated. Lots of horse poop. Not that great during off-season I suppose.

“Do not stay here”
+I loved the view from the shared front porch. Further than that, I have nothing good to say.
−When I booked this, I sent a request stating I had three small children and to please leave something for them to do like games or puzzles or something for them to blow off steam because we have been traveling all day. They sent a message back saying the would make the accommodations for the kiddos to have stuff to do at no further cost. I was so excited to see what they were going to do for my kids. We arrived and got in the room....tiny, severely sagging mattresses, no tv, towels on the bed. Other than a couple dirty Q-tips on the floor, there was nothing else in the room for the kids. We got settled in and then waited for the horse roundup at 5pm as per the paper. Never happened. Went to the front desk to ask where the two restaurants were that they boasted about on their website. Closed for the season. Both of them. I've got three kids under 8, it's now almost 6pm, and we'd been driving for 9 hours. Tried to speak with one of the wranglers about what was going on past 6 and was aggressively and rudely told to go book through the front desk. Still no clue what I'm supposed to be booking. −The restaurant that is claims to be open 7am-10pm was closed so we planned on eating all out meals there. We didn’t get to eat because they closed for the season without telling anybody.

−**ZERO STARS - DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I genuinely cannot believe how this place operates. Dishonest, deceptive, and completely unethical business practices. A FRAUD.** To note: Due to this horrible experience, we'll be filing formal complaints with the BBB, Wyoming Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit, FTC, and local health authorities, in addition to escalating this with Booking.com and our credit card company. I'm also sharing photos and management's actual response because people deserve to know what they're getting into when booking this place. We paid $460 for a room and arrived around 11 p.m. to find it completely UNSANITARY. Used towels in the bathroom, trash from previous guests, and bedding that had clearly been slept in. We were absolutely baffled that they would give paying guests a room that hadn't even been cleaned. We were in the room for maybe five minutes before leaving. Called three times, left a voicemail, and got absolutely no response. So around midnight, we had to drive an hour back to Jackson Hole and spend another $600 on a last-minute motel. We were LIVID. “Great location everything else sucked! Do NOT recommend staying here!”
+Good location. Everything else was terrible!
−The staff were rude, except for 1 lady, but she shut everything down at about 7pm. We were unable to get dinner at the cafe. We were told it would be open for coffee and breakfast and it was NOT. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee, and the staff was extremely rude about it. Also, we had to put up with a smoke detector chirping every 45 seconds ALL NIGHT LONG! Staff didn't care about that either!
