“Amazing location. Spacious room. Noise could be an issue. But great stay overall!”
+I enjoyed my stay at Haven Glebe. The location was great - a short walk away from the Glebe Light Rail Station (caveat here is the station is steep so there are a couple of stairs that might not be senior or PWD friendly), it’s located in a great neighborhood with so many cafes, restaurants, and groceries. I stayed at the Superior King Room with Balcony. The room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. AC was working well. Water heater also worked great. Internet was fast reliable so perfect if you’re working or streaming shows. The frontdesk staff was super helpful when i asked if could leave my luggage while I was going to Blue Mountains for the weekend.
−Noise and soundproofing is an issue. The property is by the road so you will hear car noises throughout the day. The garbage truck arrives early in the morning so you will hear this too. Cleaning could be improved. The back of the refrigerator was quite dusty. My bed was made up everyday but it was inconsistent, sometimes the sheets were tucked properly sometimes it wasn’t. I wish there were more places to hang clothes. There were only about 5 hooks for clothes in the room.

“A fantastic place to stay!”
+The Haven Glebe is a superbly & recently updated 1970's(?) era property, in a great location. The overall design of the rooms and the hotel itself is excellent, and there really are some delightful features. Bathroom and toiletries were great, bed was wonderful. Easy to walk to the new Seafood market, well served by buses with stops being barely 20 metres away
−Nothing! Everything was brilliant.

“Perfect accommodation with a sour taste.”
+Perfect accommodation and location.
−Breakfast was terrible and arguably unedible topped off with paying for a cup size bottle of still water, that everywhere else is complimentary with the room.

+Spacious room Clean.
−Noisy. They need to put noise dampener on the walls. Perhaps soft furnishings

“Great position, great breakfast, watch out what room you get.”
+Easy location to get to, parking OK for out of hours and weekend. Great included breakfast at the cafe downstairs.
−Parking would definitely be a problem during the week. The shower rose pointed directed at, and under, the shower door. If you didn't turn it away, it saturated the floor outside the shower and potentially the carpet of the main room. The toilet was set right against a vanity on the right side and you were crowded up against it when going to the toilet. We were in room 108, the noises of the bathroom for room 101 were like it was your room (quite loud)

“Lovely Hotel”
+I love the hotel. Great location. I was allowed early check in. Very accomodating staff. Big room. Nice and clean. Has balcony. Beautiful view from my window. The area is close to CBD without the traffic and noise. Many restaurants Infront of the hotel.
−No complaints here

+Lovely, helpful staff on reception, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for what we wanted. Buses and trains are within easy access.
−It was noisy at night as we were in a room right by the road, but other family members in different rooms didn't notice this as they were further away. As we stayed 4 nights it would have been nice to have some basic kitchen facilities eg: a toaster and fridge.
