“A scam”
−Tried to get in contact with the owner multiple times, messages and phones calls even turning up at the property but we were ghosted . Very disappointed and disappointing as we had to then book another hotel somewhere else which was hard to do since everywhere was nearly booked up .

“Fantastic host beautiful room very clean”
+Convenience of location to the city centre, very clean suitable for a short stay.
−Didn’t have a private bathroom as it’s in somebody’s flat who lives on site

“Superb”
+The host is lovely, really welcoming. The room is a great size, good facilities and clean. It's good value in its price bracket. I would recommend.
−Have to mention that there is a cat in the property. It was friendly and clean and most importantly wasn't given access to the room. The host keeps the place clean and does pay attention to the cat. Bed just okay in comfort levels, could do with a mattress topper.

+My stay was so comfortable, it felt like I was staying at a relative's house. I was busy during the day and didn't spend much time in my room, but they did my laundry while I was at work, which was a huge help.

+My experience at Bianca’s place was fantastic from start to finish. She was welcoming from the first messages during the booking process all the way to the goodbyes when I left her home. The house is very cozy, and her cat is simply adorable. It's wonderful to feel at home when visiting a new city, and that's exactly what Bianca makes you feel with her warm hospitality. I highly recommend staying here!

“NOT PET FRIENDLY”
+No I even can't stay there. They don't allow me to check in
−This accommodation shows pet friendly on app.so I book it, but when I arrive the landlord says " pet friendly means only friendly to her cat not my dog" So I book 3 days and can't even stay one night. and the worse thing is they reject to refund my money.
