“Fair value for money, excellent location”
+Location good, 2 mins drive from ski lift, market and EV charging station. We were provided with a free parking card at the ski lift. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
−The room was not preheated properly for our arrival, crucial for the arrival from a road trip. In addition there were problems with the hot water, we could not take shower for another two hours until this was sorted out. But all up to the end of stay, we had to wait for a few minutes for a hot water to "arrive". Allegedly, is the apt on the upper flor better.

“Ok for sleeping but nothing else”
+Owner very responsive, car parking, nice balcony
−Very poorly equipped (no minifridge, no dishes/cutlery, no kettle), light in the toilet is insufficient. The bath didn't drain correctly. The owner was kind to give us a dish, glasses and some cutlery when we asked for it, but the appartement should have a bare minimum.

+The house was very clean and antique. We had the full floor during our stay which is very spacious. Nearest bus stop is just opposite of the house. Every day cleaning service is very much appreciated. The owner was very responsive and helpful.
−There is a smell in the whole apartment which came from the antique wood (we assume), which we don’t like. Probably this is only our problem. If the apartment offers at least one coffee maker and microwave that would be great for future guests as well. Sometimes we need to warm our food but we can not able to do due to the lack of microwave. The last thing is drinking water. There is no way to refill your bottle in the apartment. Make sure you buy enough drinking water before check in.

+Conveniently located, large room, right next to Wahldof Hotel which is gorgeous
−When you are outside of the room you can hear the noise of the cars/street pretty loudly, the room was dirty when we arrived so we had to ask for it to be cleaned again

+Posizione ottima, molto vicino a Brunico e comunque anche ad altri posti molto belli. La camera era parte di un appartamento ma eravamo gli unici ospiti. Sicuramente grande e comoda (doveva essere una sala da pranzo) non proprio un B&B, ma la stanza di una casa che si è deciso di dare in affitto. Prezzo molto vantaggioso se messo a confronto con qualsiasi struttura nei dintorni. Complessivamente siamo stati molto bene. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione dell'albergo vicino ma è certamente comodo per chi non ha voglia di spostarsi.
−Migliorerei il bagno. L'acqua era sempre appena appena tiepida e mai calda. In quei giorni ha fatto più freddo, non come la settimana successiva e una doccia calda è quello che un turista si aspetta dopo una lunga camminata in montagna. L'anta messa per non far cadere l'acqua per terra ahimé non aiuta molto per cui si tende un po' ad allagare il pavimento. La stanza da letto fredda.. spesso dovevamo correre dal bagno alla stanza e ficcarci sotto il piumone. Capisco che d'estate non c'è riscaldamento ma almeno una stufetta forse sarebbe da mettere.
