“Terrible and rude owner”
−The hotel looked normal. But we were faced with complete rudeness and disrespect from the owner. We vacationed with a puppy and the hotel was pet friendly. Although for the amount of 70 euros per week, the dog was not even provided with a water bowl, as all hotels usually do. Of course, a dog can chew something, but we are always ready to pay for that. We encountered this problem on the first day when our dog chewed the chairs. When the owner told us about this, we said that we would pay for everything if our dog spoiled it. But she still continued to shout at us and say that there was something wrong with our puppy. This was also the first time this happened to us, but we immediately tried to calm her down and asked for an invoice for payment, but she did not calm down. In the end, we payed fully for the chairs when we left, and owner communicated with us normally. BUT I would NEVER come to such a hotel again. Because when you are ready to solve a problem, and in response you hear screams and insults, it is not ok. We arrived at the hotel, not at her home, and were ready to resolve the issue peacefully. Who knows how this woman reacts to other problems that anyone can face. Terrib

“Great value for money, and the best place for your stay in Kappl”
+Great host! The owner is really nice, and makes a good breakfast every morning. Room is everything you’ll need. Relatively close to the slopes, supermarket and busstop to Ischgl.
−Not a fan of the automatic bathroom light. Especially at night.

“O locatie excelenta”
+Locatie foarte draguta situata in centrul statiunii Kappl, liniste si curatenie exemplara. Micul dejun variat si proaspat, cafea foarte buna, gazdele foarte amabile , au raspuns tuturor solicitarilor noastre. Paturile sunt confortabile, iar lenjeria de pat si prosoapele sunt foarte curate. Un sejur foarte placut si relaxant. Vom reveni cu drag. Recomandam cu toata increderea.

“Tevreden”
+Aardige eigenaar. Tussentijdse schoonmaak. Twee banken in het appartement. Nette complete keuken. Fijne douche. Heel veel handdoeken.
−Een van de "slaapkamers" was in de woonkamer. Niet netjes als je een twee slaapkamer appartement boekt.

“Gezellige en goed gelegen accomodatie”
+Ideaal gelegen in Kappl. Op enkele minuten wandelen van de bushalte naar de verschillende skigebieden in de buurt. Mooie verzorgde kamers en een ontbijt waarbij verschillende zaken beschikbaar zijn. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Verschillende restaurants in de buurt.

+Zeer centrale ligging in het dorp, schoon en heerlijke bedden. De kamers zijn gerenoveerd en zien er prachtig uit! Parkeren naast de deur.

“Bodenständiger Traumurlaub”
+Die Wirtin mit ihrer freundlichen und aufgeschlossenen Art sorgte direkt beim Frühstück dafür, dass der Tag gut startete. Die Zimmer sind top renoviert und mit dreifach verglasten Fenstern ein wichtiger Beitrag zur Energieeinsparung. Skischuhtrockner und Skiaufbewahrung direkt im Haus.
−Nach kurzem Fußmarsch Einstieg in die Piste zur Diasbahn möglich. Je nach Pistenverhältnissen gestaltet sich die Talabfahrt einfacher oder schwieriger. Super ist, dass alles ohne Skibus zu machen ist und das Auto stehen bleiben kann.

+Schönes Zimmer. Schöner Blick. Ganz herzliche Wirtin. Jederzeit ansprechbar und rührend bemüht um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Beim Frühstück werden individuelle Wünsche erfragt und frisch zubereitet. Top Verbindung zum Skibus nach Kappl-Bergbahn oder nach Ischgl.
−Nur eine Kleinigkeit! 🤭 Die Glasverkleidung des Bades mit Bewegungsmelder: mit Licht und Lüftung. So wird man nachts wach, wenn der Partner nur kurz zur Toilette muss. Dann bleibt das grelle Licht eine Weile an und die Lüftung rauscht noch ein paar Minuten nach.
