+The staff reached out with some time to inform about a change of plans, saying I will not be able to stay due to a water leak
−The communication was not that great, they did not cancel my reservation and I had to inform booking about the issue, since there was a full price cancelation fee

“Too long of a walk, to get to this destination”
+From the train station, we walked and I had a leg disability. No transportation was provided . And also, when I booked this hotel, was not the same that it showed in booking

“Perfect location and friendly staff.”
+The location was great. I liked that it had a hair dryer. I wasn't expecting them to meet us at the train but they did and that was great to help us find our way to the hotel. The breakfast was really good and the views from the breakfast room was beautiful.
−It was a little bit warm in our room. It didn't have great ventilation because the window opened to a small inner courtyard. But not a big deal.

“Nos cobraron 160 dólares y es un hotel que no debería valer más de 50”
+El desayuno estaba bien. El personal, atento.
−La ubicación, estabamos en el 5to piso y se escuchaba la música de la calle, hacia calor y no tenía ni aire ni ventilador, ni se podía abrir la vrentana por lo de la música (el personal nos consiguió un ventilador de pie). La habitación muy chica para 3. Todo esto en un hotel de 160 dólares la noche.

+el desayuno era variado aunque podrian decorar mejor las mesas y espacio, más cerca el piso uno que dos para aprovechar la vista a las montañas.
−1. ruido y olores provenientes de la calle. 2. mucama llego y entro a nuestra avitación utilizando sus llaves siendo que la puerta estaba cerrada y mi familia aun en cama por lo que nos estropeo el descanso y privacidad, deberia haber tenido claro los horarios del check out. 3. baño con restos de pelos, mala ventilación, habitación oscura. 4. recepción con mala decoración, baja limpieza.

“Fortuna che Pueblo era solo di passaggio e che la cittadina è carina...”
+Nulla. L'hotel è di poche pretese ma non mi sarei mai atteso che potesse mancare l'acqua per 3 giorni e non avessero manco una cisterna a cui attingere per lavarsi e non sia neppure stata fornita dell'acqua in bottiglia per ovviare.
−Prima volta in vita mia che arrivo in un hotel in cui per due giorni manca l'acqua anche solo per scaricare la pipì del wc. Non ci si può lavare...per non parlare della colazioni in cui ci viene detto che per una semplice omelette con sale nostra figlia avrebbe dovuto attendere la bellezza di 20 minuti almeno (con sala vuota)...come se non bastasse nei giorni in cui siamo stati noi è pure venuta a mancare la luce con la conseguenza di non poter vedere la tv e non poter caricare i telefoni che servivano per le escursioni della giornata successiva. Stanze minuscole, oscuranti pessimi, rumore fino a tardi la notte dalla strada.
