“The resort property is old, worn and unwelcoming.”
+The room was clean
−I specifically requested 2 no smoking rooms when making a choice online of room preferences. Additionally, in the comments, I reiterated again the need for 2 no smoking rooms. The registration clerk was rude and condescending when she tried to book us into smoking rooms. She set a negative tone for the rest of our stay. I will never come back. The check out clerk was just as curt. The staff are in need of some customer service training.

“Nice people, stores were great, playing the slots were fun.”

−Housekeeping didn’t completely clean the room. We had someone in our room when we came back and she didn’t understand why the room wasn’t cleaned appropriately and did let her supervisor know. I don’t know the outcome of it.

“We enjoyed our stay and will be booking future stays at this location.”
+The beach along the river was magnificent. Wish we would have planned for a day to hang out and play in the water. The food options for a late night treat were fantastic.
−Elevators were a little slow.
