+A great villa in a beautiful rural setting. It is very well maintained and comfortable. Being in the mountains of central Dominica means of is considerably cooler than at the cost. Carla was very helpful in organising trips/walks through WhatsApp even though she was in the UK at the time. Highly recommended.

“Amazing Dominica Stay”
+If I were the Michelin commissioner, I would award Happy Villa with three stars: Worth for an independent tour. This place has everything, plus your host will make you feel at home. Our stay was simply too short to enjoy all the options this accommodation offers. It is also positioned well for island exploration. Oh, and not mentioning superb breakfast starting with a healthy shot. You will be in good hands and with a full stack of options for every day of exploration of charming Dominica.

“Be prepared to pay owner after paying for villa on booking.com.”
+Claudia, who prepared breakfast, for us was very helpful and kind. The place is in a good location close to many falls.
−The owner would text me from England a few times a day asking to pay her separately. I gave my cc information to booking.com thinking the place has been paid for with my cc. However, she’s under a certain plan to avoid fees. She uses booking.com to just advertise and help her hold a spot. We had to pay her via a link she sent. We did this once I made sure we weren’t being double charged. She even texted me 3 in the morning and woke me up! It did add stress to our vacation, and I wouldn’t stay there again to avoid any issues.

+What a great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Dominica, intimate in its stunning setting. Sitting on the veranda with a second morning coffee doesn't get much better

+Amazing property (within nature), amazing location (central), amazing people (many things to say)! A stay at Harmony Villa really makes you feel at home and blends you into the Dominica life. Carla and her family / staff make the stay so special. I visited Secret Bay and Jungle Bay properties and I’m very happy about my decision to stay at Harmony Villa. Unique experience

+I had a wonderful stay in Harmony Villa. Carla, the lovely host, helped me arrange beautiful hikes across the island and she introduced me to lovely people. Do not hesitate to book your stay with her. And when, after a magnificent day in the mountains, you return to the villa, and Carla offers you her infamous rum punch, sit down and listen to the her vibrant stories of an amazing family history on this most beautiful of eastern Caribbean islands.

“Lovely stay! Thanks for taking care of us!”
+Carla is like a family to us! She is so hospitable and gave us lots of useful recommendations on food, tour and transport etc. Her place is filled with the wonderful artworks by her and we really enjoyed spending time on her veranda. Claudia’s breakfast was great as well! Her place is centrally located and it’s so quiet at night other than the relaxing sound from the rainforest. Highly recommend her place to anyone who wants to feel like staying with a welcoming family member.
