“Host was very nice”
+Good location. When we arrived at the property they said the room wasn’t available but they quickly sorted into another room.
−Was told wasn’t allowed to use the kitchen so wasn’t any facilities to make food or a hot drink which would have been helpful as was a 2 night stay.

−I made the booking Friday morning in the afternoon I call to check if is everything alright.The person which answer at the phone he said he had technical issue and I cannot came and call bookings.com and they gone give me money back instantly. I call bookings.com and they told me to make a new booking to pay again and they gone refund my money in 7 to 12 days

−Absolutely disgusting. The room wasn't even cleaned beds not even changed bathroom not cleaned at all. The door to the room was wide open I am sending a complaint in to reclaim my money back of £98

−The window was broken open so was cold all night . Got there at 10 and didn’t have the key / code to get in so I had to call whixh he then sent me a link to download an app it was all just hassle that could’ve been sorted prior to arriving. I recieved a bunch of codes for no reason and it was confusing . Room wasn’t exactly clean , sink had toothpaste in , floors hadn’t been hoovered in weeks , awful value for money and rhe location was vile !

“Good value for money, 30 min walk to city centre, but poorly managed.”
−Upon arrival it was not at all clear how to get into the building. After digging through booking emails I called the vendors phone number, and sent a text, and I was told we needed to download an app, which needed a special pincode, in order to enter the building. None of this was explained prior to the visit. There was then a mix up with my room which was given to someone else by mistake. These things happen so that's not a problem as there was a larger room available, which I was then asked to pay an additional £20 for. I haven't paid this and the vendor hasn't chased me but all in all, not very well managed.
