+Nothing....it was so bad, that we went to another hotel.
−1.The hallway smelled. 2. Room smelled due to air conditioner was not on. Could be smoke smell. 3. Put air conditioner on & noticed it was filthy. 4. Requested another room. Staff showed us 2 more rooms. They all had the same problem...filthy air conditioners. Was told to just run the air conditioner as is...no one on sight to clean them. 5. Requested a refund & left. Still waiting for the owner to respond!! He was not available during our chat.

“Good enough but a few improvements would make the stay more appealing”
+Bed was comfortable. Location great
−Needs thorough cleaning. Room floor needed to be vacuumed. Other than that bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Outside of building had a big container of cigarette buts in doorway. Unappealing.

“It was convenient and not too outrageously expensive.”
+Location was excellent for our needs
−The facility is dated and needs some TLC. They could definitely expand a little for the continental breakfast, offer toast and maybe a juice.

“Overall for the price it served our purpose, we would use again.”
+Everything was fine... location was good for our event in the area. Check in was super simple and quick. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable shower was good. We were able to control room temperature.
−Hallways and entry had odor of strong cooking spices. Towels were small, poor quality but did do the job. Coffee offered in room but coffee machine was old and dirty in appearance.
