+Amazing staff - so helpful and friendly, especially Cici and Lily. Thanks to the whole team for all your advice and kindness. The rooms were great, very high tech. We loved the courtyard and design of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. Really good location too.

+A charming, small boutique style hotel with lovely touches of traditional Chinese architecture and a welcoming atmosphere. The courtyard and fish pond add character to the property. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Although the breakfast selection initially appeared quite small, I genuinely enjoyed it, particularly the fresh, tasty pastry and the other options available. The location is excellent for exploring Beijing’s main attractions, especially if you enjoy walking, with public transport also accessible nearby. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay with plenty of character.
−Nothing particularly negative, just a couple of suggestions that could make the experience even better. The courtyard pond is a lovely feature, but I felt there were rather too many fish for its size. Having fewer fish would perhaps create a more peaceful, natural and traditional atmosphere, allowing guests to appreciate them more. Breakfast was enjoyable, but the selection could be more inclusive of different dietary requirements. There seemed to be quite a strong emphasis on pork, with limited alternatives for vegetarians, vegans and guests who do not eat pork. Offering a wider variety of clearly labelled options, including perhaps chicken or beef dishes, would be a welcome improvement. These are simply constructive suggestions rather than major complaints, as I genuinely enjoyed my stay.

+I would like to send special thanks to the hotel staffs: Coco, Raccoon, Jason, they are all very helpful during our stay. From the beginning to end, they ensured our needs are well taken care of. We felt like home during our stay. They are all good workers, always check in to make sure our needs are being looked after. I really appreciate. The hotel itself is very organized & clean. Highly recommended :)
−If I were to make one comment, the room actually smaller than the pictures shown but still quite comfortable

+Very happy with the traditional feel and welcoming vibe of the property - beautiful style and felt welcoming. The staff were very welcoming and so nice and friendly - we will most definitely be back
−Nothing at all by the property - it was exceptional - the only negative and was easily sorted was the Didi drivers could not find the property easily and took us to a wrong Happy Dragon - it was resolved by adding the traditional name of the Hutong is it Yangtu (can’t remember know) the visitors are as well to make sure they have the name to hand.

+OK breakfast although I had very little time to appreciate it having to meet a tour guide at 7.20am. Staff were pleasant and responsive. Quiet location down a Hutong.
−Unfortunately there wasn't a restaurant in the hotel yet- although when I booked it had said there was one. When someone complained they did arrange for the choice of 4 dishes to be served in the bar.

−A internet é péssima e a rua da entrada do hotel muito ruim, rua pequena e estreita, alguns carros não passam por lá. Não gostei da localização.

+Нас встретил прекрасный парень на ресепшен, готовый во всем помочь, очень приветлив. Хорошее наполнение в номере, в плане индивидуальных наборов, косметики
−К сожалению достаточно грязно, отель уставший в целом, в ванной на двери засохла жвачка 100 лет назад, никому не мешает) район жутковатый, особенно если приезжаете поздно вечером, на 1 ночь нормально, но в целом я бы не могла рекомендовать

+Todo! La comodidad, el edificio es precioso y el personal super amable! Te ayudan con todo lo que pueden y más. Destacamos a Zoey y Daniel pero el resto de staff fue todo increible! Viajamos con una bebé de 5 meses y nos pusieron una cuna colecho !
