+Eva! She is a gem, giving the perfect advice for whatever we needed and in English.

+The perfect place for a stay in Beijing. Very close to several subway lines, restaurants and a supermarket. What makes this hotel special, which has everything you need, is the kindness, courtesy and availability of the English-speaking staff. They helped us with all the logistical issues needed for our stay and visit to the city. Even after check-out, they still provided a hot shower before catching our flight. Highly recommended

“One of the best stays I've ever had, anywhere”
+This was undoubtedly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, mostly thanks to the incredible staff who really did everything to make my stay better. From the moment you check in, they make you feel welcome and comfortable, giving the lay of the area, recommendations for places to eat, helping with bookings , and just all around being very smiley and pleasant . They never stopped offering aid with things during my stay and were just wonderful. The room I stayed in was very comfortable too. I liked the different settings for lighting around the room as well as the numerous settings for the washroom. The location of the hotel close to the station and everything in the city was also perfect. Would 100% stay here again .
−Only small complaint would maybe be the noise/soundproofing . The walls felt like they were paper thin at times and I could often hear my neighbors in the room next to me. Didn't keep me from having a good sleep though

“Una muy buena opción”
+The rooms and facilities are basic but perfectly adequate. What really makes this hotel stand out is the reception staff, they deserve a 10 out of 10. The staff alone make it worth staying here. The hotel is also well located and quiet, and the laundry service was another pleasant surprise.

“Buono”
+Staff top, molto disponibile e cordiale.
