“Would recommend”
+Staff were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. The night door man/security guard was so lovely. We loved that there was a different kind of complementary juice to try at the reception/bar everyday. Great location - Walking distance to massive shopping malls (5-10 minutes) and Pratunam Night Markets (25 minutes)
−The bathroom was a bit odd in regards to privacy. A curtain blocks off the bathroom... There is a door that slides between the shower and toilet which creates a bit more privacy but we did struggle to keep it closed as it would keep sliding back, exposing the toilet.

“Nice stay with family for three nights”
+-Plenty of electrical outlets, even in the bathroom -Good lighting and a sufficient number of light switches -Good shower and toilet facilities -Good location for example for train and water taxi connections.
−-The internet was slow. -A very odd breakfast setup, but we understand that this saves raw materials and reduces waste! -It is a good idea to communicate the breakfast menu choices as early as check-in, because reading out the 21-point breakfast menu in the morning takes a lot of time. -No sound on the BBC sport channel, only picture. Is it propaganda? -The air conditioning is noisy, and the direction of the airflow cannot be changed. Ventilation directed straight at the beds. Adjusting didn't help this problem.
