+Size of the room and location
−No elevator. And the smell from the kitchen is all over the building. And the noise from the street.

“For three nights the location was good”
+The Location
−Breakfast overpriced , coffee and milk never replaced and the fridge wasn't working so when we bought milk there was no where to store it. Not enamoured with a view of a wall

−Lots of problems. Staff is there only from 8am till 4pm. If you come before or after, there will be nobody to check you in and contact phone numbers they provide do not work. Good is ok but overpriced. The building is very old and not really meant to be a hotel. Rooms have 4,5 meters high ceiling and only one radiator out of 4 was functioning. It was cold in the room and no one provided the info for me how to use thermostat. There was a small fridge in the room but it was not cold inside at all. Soup in the bathroom was 3 tiny pieces not enough for a grown up fir ecen 3 days. Light is very weak in the room. Only half of light bulbs were functioning. Guest really feels like no one cares about them. For the price of $800 for 3 nights and 2 days is extremely expensive. In messages I was offered free breakfast but when I arrived no one was aware of it. Before I arrived I was trying to communicate with stuff to get the information how to reach hotel from the airport. No one answered. Furniture is outdated and it

“Great place to stay. Will book again in the future.”
+Our room has plenty of space for 3 people. The location was perfect.
−We had quite a few outlets that did not work. Also no outlets in the bathroom.

+Great location, easy after hours check in and check out. Room was spacious and had a surprise extra room we didn't expect with the 2nd bed. I was very happy it wasn't a "pull out" couch bed.
−If I have to complain about one thing it would be there was no elevator. For my older son and myself - both being fit, carrying luggage up three flights of spiral staircase stairs was not a big deal but for my youngest son with CP, it wasn't the best of experiences.

“Delusione”
+La posizione
−La camera non era come nelle foto su booking. Piuttosto vecchia, spazi stretti, muri scrostati e la camera dei miei figli senza finestra. La finestra nella camera principale invece era vecchia e chiudendo male era piena di spifferi
