“If we and when we return to sioux falls , we will certainly stay at the same hampton”
+The food was hot and well prepared and the eating area was extremely clean and they worked hard at keeping it that way
−Not walking into our room and having it set at 63. That's way too cold. We were able to change it fairly quickly, but I would never leave it that cold.

“Find another hotel.”
+The hotel looked like it had been recently remodeled, which, unfortunately is the only nice thing about our experience there. They assigned us to room 126- right behind the front desk. Needless to say, we could hear conversations in detail from the lobby and from the front desk including their louder-than-necessary phone that rang until well after midnight. We didn’t get in until late and we had spent the day in the heat as well as had a very long day of travel, so we were exhausted and just tried to wait it out. In addition to the noise, the room had a strong urine odor. I don’t think it was coming from the mattress. Maybe a dog/cat peed on the carpet previously? The mattresses are very very firm at this hotel- the floor would have been just as comfortable. Standard continental breakfast. I would suggest the Clubhouse for $40-50 more a night and it is just across the street. Amazing beds/clean and quiet!

+The location was great. The hotel has a shuttle that would take you downtown to the park that has waterfalls. The front desk lady aand shuttle driver was very informative of the stuff to do around the area. Would stay again.

“Felt Like Family from the Moment We Arrived 💛”
+From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Tami at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to take care of anything we needed, such a warm welcome after traveling. Our room was spotless, and the entire stay was peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and Lauren did a wonderful job keeping everything neat and inviting,we even enjoyed a sweet conversation with her. We were in town for my grandson's wedding, so our schedule was full with family events, but we appreciated how quiet and relaxing the hotel was in between. I would have loved to enjoy the indoor pool if I’d brought a swimsuit! Sioux Falls is a wonderful town, and if we find ourselves back again, we will absolutely stay here. Highly recommend!
