+The elevator was out of service which I did not know until I checked in. The room I was assigned was on the 2nd floor and so, at 80 years old, I walked 20 steps up and 20n steps down at least 8 times. Most of those times I was carrying luggage or my small dog. The breakfast was cold and there was not an attendant .
−No elevator and cold breakfast. No assistance offered from any staff member.

+It was close to to my visiting location. It appeared to be clean. Customer service was nice.
−I an handicap with Chronic Spinal and knee pain. I have COPD. The elevator was inoperable. Eventhough I asked for a room on the bottom floor, due my disability, I was told that there was no vacancies and placed on the 2nd floor. It took me 30 minutes to get to my room, after a coupleof trips up the stairs iot get my belongings to the room. The individual at the desk didn't offer any assistance. Very dissatisfied with that. I never use a hotel without a elevator.

“Look at other options”
+Stayed here with 2 other groups. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. First room we were given had a sticky substance all over the bathroom floor and spills on the nightstand. Second room was better, but still dirty- crumbs on floor and beds. Hampton used to be a great place to stay, but we feel like it might be slipping some.
