“Above and beyond”
+This is our third stay at this facility. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond. We needed an extended checkout and they were gracious in accommodating us.

+The location was perfect for us! Lots of food and shopping nearby as well as the train to NYC.
−The staff was very loud in the morning. You couldn't sleep at all. Banging on the walls and loud yelling and music from the staff. They clean every other day, but never cleaned our room and so we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and wash cloths.

+Great room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Allowing us to check out at noon.
−Temperature control worked intermittently. When I turned the heat higher, it went higher, than got somewhat cooler after 20 minutes. When I turned the thermostat off, it stayed on.

“Great location. However, comfort and staffing issues proved to be declining.”
+Location is Great. Close to stores and restaurants. Also, I have always appreciated staff response to concerns.
−I have stayed in this location more than 10 times. I usually book 2 queen beds. We were put in a room with full size beds. When I asked about the situation, I was told that they have both full and queen size beds. They are supposed to assign all people who had booked queen beds to either queen or full. Additionally, I asked house keeping for clean towels and I was told to go downstairs and get them myself.
