“Below average.”
+Engaging staff and great location.
−Room readiness was poor. My initial room had TV issues so the staff moved me to another room and I had the same issue.

“Gets you by”
+Breakfast was decent.
−Room smelled like an older hotel that used to be smoked in. Zero hot water when we showered.

“Won’t stay there again”
+Dirty in the bathroom with dirt and nasty stuff around the bathtub. The hand lotion and soap bottles were pulled out of the wall. No hot water, the bathtub had black scum in it with no water pressure or hot water. The bathroom door was off track my husband had to put it back on. The tv would not show the correct time for programming.
−It’s in need of repair and cleaning

“Uncomfortable.”
+Did not have breakfast. Much. Of the breakfast area was closed off.
−No phone in the room. EVERYONE DOES NOT HAVE A CELLPHONE. NO WAY TO GET HELP DURING THE NIGHT. I am a 83 year old man and had I had a problem it could have been hard to get help. I have never been in a Hampton Inn without room phones.
