“with the exception of the above comments it was reasonable.”
+Breakfast and coffee facilities were excellent
−Room cleaning every second day and beds not made at all would prevent me from choosing this again.

“Decent place to stay within one mile of Hershey attractions.”
+Lobby and breakfast area were great. Very convenient location to Hershey attractions. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Everything seemed clean and tidy. Good free breakfast.
−Pool heater was broken. The room was a bit worn, the A/C struggled to keep up. No lounge chair in the room (just an office chair). Small bathroom, shower in the tub with just a spray head - would prefer a walk in shower and shower wand in addition to the spray head.

+Location. Overall clean.
−It was a little outdated. The tub needs to be replaced for the most part. The shower head was not the greatest. The ceiling in the bathroom and some of the cabinets in the kitchen needs repairs.

“Impressed by a very pleasant and attentive staff. Everyone I dealt with was great!”
+Breakfast was good with many options. Well stocked and kept clean!
−I was looking forward to using the pool but the heater was broken and the water was way too cold for my comfort. That was my only disappointment.

“Good, would stay again but bring my own pillows.”
+We like the location so close to Hersey park. We loved having free WiFi, breakfast included and clean area.
−The breakfast could have had more options. The pillows were to thin and too soft.
