+I stayed the afternoon but did night stay overnight. My son was at the UIl marching competition and their school did not advance so I left that evening.

−It turned out the door did not lock and anyone could of gone into the room when we were not there. The bolt inside made it secure while in the room. We did not notice till the morning we checked out.

−The beds were a bit to hard for me. There was a bug in my room. It wasn’t a roach just a weird looking bug.

“Staff was not very friendly, helpful nor welcoming.”
+Location was convenient for our purposes.
−Front desk staff was not very friendly. We were rudely told that “The lobby closes at 11:30,” as we were gathered as a family. It is understandable, but the delivery was rude. Shortly after that we saw a large cockroach moving around the lobby. When we informed the front desk we were told they had just sprayed (as they spray every Friday) and that’s why we saw the bugs. Upon checkout one of our group members was reprimanded by the front desk clerk for not turning in keys. Overall the staff was very unfriendly and the amount of cockroaches seen on property made this stay less than pleasant.
