+Hamadryade lodge was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to feel like we were in the middle of the jungle, but still have access to creature comforts. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They helped us set up multiple excursions with local outfitters and taxi drivers. The kitchen staff made delicious food. When we were arranging a 530 AM excursion, they were able to provide a kettle and instant coffee so we could be awake for our trip. Our favorite outing was the white water rafting - highly recommend if you enjoy adrenaline activities. I hope we can one day return!
−The restaurant menu is quite small and certain ingredients were unavailable limiting dishes. The food was delicious, but on the third day we chose to go to town to have a little more variety in our diet. We were in ecocabin 3 (one of the smaller bungalows). The front of the eco cabins is a large glass window. However, our view was into eco cabin 2. We wanted to sleep with the curtains open and look out at the jungle, but our nearby neighbors could see straight in to our cabin. If you book an ecocabin, I think #1 provides the most privacy.

“Our stay at Hamadryade Lodge was fantastic, great people, delicious food, amazing location.”
+The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was amazing. Our accommodations were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was amazing, surrounded by rainforest sights and sounds. All the other amenities; the pool, fire pit, the bar area, were well maintained and comfortable.
−We liked everything!

“Awesome!”
+What an awesome place! Middle of the jungle with a great pool, nice coctails and nice food. The staf was very nice and went above and beyond to help us. We forgot some luggage and they helped us retreiving it. So nice!
