10.0“Best hotel to go to after a long flight. Felt so refreshed and relaxed after taking a hot bath. Breakfast was also reall”
+The room and view was gorgeous, nice bathroom and bedroom, and I loved that you could make your own bath salts and essential oil scent to go in as well!
−There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

10.0+Since this was the beginning of my first trip to Japan, I will always remember this specific hotel and, considering the service, the amenities, the location, the cozy and stylish interior, I will definitely stay there again if I have the chance. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff is very polite, everything is set with the greatest attention to detail and the amenities in the room are quite practical for a comfortable stay. Little details like the option to make your bath salts with the available oils on reception are what makes this hotel unique. I strongly recommend!

10.0“Beautiful hotel! The corner rooms which had lovely light and views”
+Beautiful hotel! We stayed in one of the corner rooms which had lovely light and views, and was styled in a very nice 60s mid-century design. The location was great (if you don't mind a 10 min walk to the station). It's really nice to be in this part of town away from the business of Shinjuku / Shibuya, but still able to get around easily. The breakfast was nice with mix of western and Japanese options. For the money however you might be better going to one of the many local cafes / restaurants or just grabbing delicious food from the supermarket opposite.
−Breakfast a little on the pricey side considering what restaurant food costs in Tokyo, but was still worth it for the convenience of going straight downstairs in the morning to eat and have coffee

8.0“A good place to stay out of the main Tokyo hotspots”
+This was our first stop in Japan. The location was away from the touristy areas but it was easy to get to Asakusa by public transport or even on foot if you're up for a 45-60 min stroll. We also managed to walk to the Tokyo Shinkansen station in about 30 minutes(although we took a taxi there on departure day as it was raining). It had an excellent conbini very close which was handy for buying snacks and breakfast basics. Small room but we were prepared for that. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially with the luggage transfer service where they did most of the form filling.
−The weather! It rained a lot of the time but we still got out in it. I can't remember anything in particular that we moaned about.

10.0“Great hotel, great location!”
+Loved the welcoming staff and that there was a restaurant/bar as well as a chocolate shop located in the hotel! The hotel has a cozy but modern vibe, and they are always playing lovely and relaxing jazz music. In the lobby there is an atm machine to exchange any different currency you have for yen, and they also have a station for DIY bath salts, with essential oils and dried flowers (great to use after walking long hours). The hotel is located in walking distance to a FamilyMart, a ramen shop, a coffee shop, a Tomod's Pharmacy, a 24H supermarket, a few train stations are located nearby that area bout a 10 min walk as well as other local shops and the neighborhood is very calm and serene. When I visit Tokyo again, I will definitely be staying here again!
−N/A. Everything was great! My sister and I had no complaints whatsoever.

9.0“A treat at the end of our Japan visit, excellent overall with some misses in design and details.”
+Top quality hotel with excellent breakfast and great room spaces and facilities overall. Terrace room was a treat for us, with a balcony and lounge area; even our own record player. Excellent location as a base to explore main sites but quieter than many Tokyo areas.
−Interior design leans too much towards aesthetic vs functional, as you discover over time. No power sockets in the 'kitchen', hard to figure out how to work the lights, lack of expected things in layout and bathroom that make things easier. If you offer a free record player, have a variety of records vs the almost unlistenable set of albums given - what was played in the restaurant was much better. Glasses and bottles feature in room nice, but very dusty. Garden spaces not looked after.
