“Excellent property well-located in Lisbon”
+I was very pleased with my stay at Hall Chiado. The room was simple and minimalist but comfortable, with a nice bed and air conditioning. Door codes made it easy to access the property, and it's perfectly located for exploring Lisbon: it's on a well-lit main street (Alecrim), which made it feel secure as a solo female traveler, and all the attractions in Chiado, Baixa, Bairro Alto, and Alfama are within walking distance. Plus the Cais do Sodré metro & train station is just a few minutes' walk downhill; I found it very easy to grab public transportation to Belém and elsewhere in Lisbon. I highly recommend!

+The apartment was lovely and the location was excellent, close to the city center and all the main attractions. However, there was noise from the floor above due to wooden flooring. Additionally, there are no windows facing outside, except for one window that opens to an internal courtyard. Other than that, it was clean and tidy

+Love the location of the property. It’s very accessible from the metro station and Lisbon is generally about walking to various areas so this was a really location to be at. Time Out market was just around the corner and the Praça do commercio was around 10 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and nice to talk to as well. The communication offer WhatsApp was quick too. If we go back to Lisbon we most certainly will stay here again.
−The sink never got fixed but the staff tried from their end regardless.

“Nice location, but was missing a window and atmosphere”
+- great location - nice laggage storage with a key
−- hardly any window (a small corner window, looking in another kitchen). If you open it, smoke of other people was coming in. - felt pretty old inside

“Great location, though barebones in amenities (not a hotel)”
+I was thankful for a quiet room as it's a bustling neighbourhood. Walkable to everything in Lisbon central, and great value for its central location. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Check-in instructions were easy too.
−Wish there was Netflix or something on the TV other than cable, and maybe a bit more amenities other than just the room (complimentary coffee?) I guess the location makes up for it as there are many cafes in the vicinity, still wish it was less barebones (though great quality for what was provided).

+Location- walking distance to life of good stuff. I enjoyed the easy check in.
−It’s tiny and no natural light.
