“Everything and more, you won’t be disappointed!”
+Beautiful property, and perfect accommodations! The guest house is so nicely decorated, clean, self sufficient and the hosts put everything you could need from coffee to bug spray and aspirin. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Location was perfect for a trip to the Volcanoes national park.
−Nothing, it was perfect! I definitely recommend.

“We highly recommend this private, peaceful getaway in a quiet and lovely neighorhood.”
+Michael and Laura are wonderful hosts. They are delightful, accommodating, and interesting. They answered any questions we had about the area and happily shared information about their property which is creatively designed and built. We felt were completely at ease in the space. I asked Laura if we could turn the pool lights on for a late night swim. Her response was: "The only rule is keeping the gate locked!" We floated under a star-studded sky, blissfully separated from the drama in the outside world.
−It would have been better if we could have stayed longer!!! Everything was perfect.

“A lovely property with the kindest hosts! Ample space, easy parking, clean, safe, and has all the amenities that you mig”
+Hosts are very welcoming and kind, truly exhibiting the aloha spirit. Their property is spacious and well kept. There is a lovely pool, a trail that goes to the ocean, and a room with all necessary amenities. We stayed for 3 nights and were able to easily get to all the places in Hilo (National Parks, MaunaKea, Snorkeling sites)
−Nothing!

“Nice Stay”
+* Michael and Laura have beautiful home and were very welcoming and accommodating. * Laura offered meatloaf and a smoothie, both which were delicious.
−* It wasn’t a big deal for us, but the property is a good 20-25 miles from downtown Hilo. * The frogs at night are really loud. Nothing that a good pair of earplugs can’t remedy.

“Small but comfortable spot with great hosts”
+Comfortable space and bed. Full sized tub and closet. A few steps to a great pool that gets plenty of sunshine. Laura and Michael are lovely and generous hosts who respect privacy in close quarters while giving you access to their kitchen and living room. Wonderful garden around the property. You’re 30 minutes from Hilo, 40 minutes to Volcano National Park and lava rock shores
−You have to love coqui frogs! They are very present at night. There is a ceiling and portable fan that masks them pretty well
