“Confort”
+Check-in was made at midnight, owner waited for me. Realy confort, enjoyed reading on terrace with coffee. 3 markets in distance of 100-300m. Bus stop nearby. And since is in dead end there is no traffic. Quiet place. Kitchen, toilette each floor. Spacy.

“Great value for the rate”
+Really good value for money. For the price of a dormitory bed, you actually get a private room. It's nothing fancy, but of course you don't expect that either for such a low rate. Comfortable bed, desk in room, wifi worked well, every floor has a kitchen and bathroom, nice communal balcony and patio, good location close to transport and supermarket(s). There's no aircon in the single rooms, but you have a fan. What stood out most is the great service from the owner. Really kind man who went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. Very helpful person.
−Some issues with the hot water on higher floors (they were working on it) and daily power outages (problem of the city I assume, they can't help it).

“Exceptional”
+Budget-friendly accommodation, very clean and equipped with everything you need. There’s good Wi-Fi and a shared kitchen available. It's not in the city center, but taxis are affordable, making it easy to get around.
−They told me the name is different now, there is no sign in the street to find it

+The staff is incredibly helpful. I've never seen anything like it. The manager helped us organize things like broken phones, dentist, doctor, transport to airport. Just absolutely outstanding.
