4.0“Its budget at a premium price, if you pay an extra $100 au a night elsewhere you will be delighted.”
+The location is pretty good, as long as you have your own transport. Its located pretty close to a bus stop, but after 2 days of battling the bus crowds and confusion we went out and hired our own Car. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The other guests gave a good vibe.
−Not really sure where to start here. Bear in mind I knew this was Budget accommodation, so my expectations weren't high. As you enter you wiff of a strange smell, I put it down to a chlorine smell from the old pool at first, I suspect its more mold from the place being locked up over summer. I found the room hadn't been cleaned properly, the mattress didn't fit the bed frame. The breakfast was pretty rudimentary which I expected, what I didn't expect was the 2 x $10.00 toasters which hardly worked which were supposed to service all of the guests, no new sheets or towels were supplied (I would have fitted them myself) I was there for 10 days. If you're into gambling, I would suggest dropping $40.00 au into the clothes driers for absolutely a damp return. It a shame really, if the management spent just a little bit money on the place they could make so much better.

2.0“I’d stay somewhere else next time”
+The owner was really nice, picked us up from the bus stop. Beds were comfy enough, water pressure good.
−The property and rooms have not been kept up. They desperately need to be refreshed. Walls peeling off, mold in the window frame, heater gave off very odd smell. One of the beds was smaller than single bed, bathroom is tiny (if you’re 6ft+ you’ll be bending down), no Japanese toilet (sad), wifi does not work in rooms at all and poor data signal. The common rooms are bare, no one sits there for a reason. The breakfast is just corn flakes and toast… very sad!
