“Definitely an amazing family stay and will stay again.”
+A modern style onsen hotel with great facilities like free shuttle, massage chairs, balcony. Free flow of wine and drinks and snacks at the bar was our highlights. Walking distance to tourist destinations was definitely a plus. Food and restaurant exceeded my expectations.

+We loved the lounge experience! There were beer and some great wine. Great snacks to pair with drinks. It's fairly spacious and comfortable. The private hot tub in the room facing the panoramic view was awesome! Really had a great time!!

“Relaxing and spacious”
+The view and staff were incredible during our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities were wonderful, and we loved having our own personal onsen.
−We paid to have dinner and breakfast included with our stay, and found that the food didn't live up to the hype. One of the worst meals we probably had in Japan, so I would recommend skipping.

+Everything you need is there, spa, beautiful hot springs, amazing food and great staff
−Very minor but you can be a little restricted with the eating times they have to be confirmed at check in time but it wasn’t the end of the world

“Very comfortable high end onsen hotel with wonderful service”
+The breakfast was interesting and the chef does a nice job in presentation, but it could have been a bit more varied since we were there for 3 breakfasts, or possibly a buffet type with additional choices, but the meal was good and filling regardless.
−Nothing here to say.
