“The perfect alpine props”
+What did we like? Everything. A superb place to stay - so relaxing with an outstanding view. It is fully equipped with nothing left out. We cannot praise this property enough - if it is available, we suggest you book it immediately as you will not be disappointed. Just a note of warning- the property is up the mountain and is a steep narrow winding road to get to it.

“Difficult to think that it could get much better”
+It was very clean with lots of thoughtful and useful touches from soap to kitchen stapes such as flour, oils and salt and pepper and much more. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfy. There was drying rack for ski boots. Two showers and a bath were much appreciated. Monika was extremely welcoming and helpful with a welcome bottle of wine too. It was only a 10 min drive to nearest ski lift with free parking there. The house was lovely and warm.
−Nothing really. Only that pillows weren’t great but very normal for Austria I’m sure.

“Serenity, landscape and starry sky- A perfect house”
+If you miss the sight of a starry sky, and want to see green hills, looking for peace and quiet to hear only cow bells, this is the place for you. The house is charming and very spacious, a huge living room that encourages family activities. You should have a perfect vacation! Monica has thought of everything. We left the house to see deer in the nature park. We found a hiking trail right out the door that leads to a great lake. We visited Hexenwasser. Highly recommended!
−It was perfect! If there was a guest book with restaurant recommendations or successful experiences of other guests it would add more charm and be helpful.

“Amzing view and friendly staff.”
+The location is amazing. Amazing view over the mountains but still close to the Skiliftkarussell and Kirchberg and Kitzbühel.

“Excellent place for a family ski vacation”
+The apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults, 4 kids) ski vacation - spacious and clean rooms, well equipped kitchen, convenient parking, rack to dry ski boots, complete privacy, and wifi. Monika, the host, was super nice, accommodating to our very late arrival, quick to answer our questions, and helped with everything that we needed. We stayed for 8 days and went skiing every day - the Hahnenkammbahn ski lift was less than 10 minutes away by car. The kitchen is well stocked to cook any meal (although we went to town every night to try Tyrolean cuisine and only used it for breakfast). We would (and will) stay here again!

“Exceptional”
+The property is up a very steep windy road so be prepared. that said it was well plowed and maintained. Has a beautiful view of the valley & is very comfortable and clean. Monika is lovely and friendly. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to make meals there, comfortable beds, large combination living room/ dining room.This is a true three bedroom with the bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. A short drive to Kitzski.
