6.0“Great location, lovely house”
+Great location, beautiful house, well stocked kitchen, friendly owner, big rooms. Good value for money! Lovely garden out the back to sit in.
−The walls are very thin so you can hear a lot when other guests arrive and leave. We hadn't realised the bathroom was shared and wasn't en-suite which was a shame. The bed was small for such a big room and not very comfortable, the mattress and pillows were both thin.

−I didnt realise everything was shared, but people in the house seemed nice and respectful so it wasnt too bad.

9.0“Lovely little space in Hackney”
+Room was very comfortable and clean with natural light. Beds were the most comfy I've had in a while. The location was perfect, situated very close to my family gathering and near some lovely local spots. Easy check-in process.
−Dirty dishes in the sink and the kitchen, which is the fault of the patrons not the staff, but perhaps there should be some "encouraging" signage about that. Also trash all over the floor outside from the garbage bins, perhaps they could be cable tied?

6.0“It was okay but the host was great and responsive”
+Kitchen greets you with fruits and coffee and tea at your disposal
−Other peoples doors slamming all hours No fridge in room as most people don’t like leaving food in a shared fridge

1.0“Travellers beware!”
+N/A
−I had to cancel my stay at HGR and, even more alarmingly, my creative work in London due to HGR's unreasonableness, lack of empathy and the organisation acting in a wholly contradictory manner to its stated protocol ; its demand on the day for PRE-arrival ID confirmation needs significant investigation. Despite my many requests, HGR was not prepared to honour its error of judgement and process by repaying the cost of my intended stay, or indeed offering some form of compensation. Most alarming.

1.0“Won’t be going back”
+The garden was nice as it had a nice decking area. My room had a good TV that worked.
−The room we were assigned was so dusty I had to clean the floor with my own wet wipes. The sheets were machine washed clean but were covered in stains. I stayed there for 10 days and I was given the worst room in the house. The bathroom/shower was dirty, and the shower barely worked. There were builders next door, making loads of noise and there were also builders inside the house making loads of noise. Dust is everywhere.

9.0+My room was in the basement. Lovely big double room very comfortable. There was a shared bathroom next to.my room and I noticed another one near the entry. The auto check in process was easy and the house has also a lovely shared kitchen and a beautiful garden. Concerning location, I have previously lived in the area and is just what I wanted. Tesco abd coffee shop are just 5 mnst walking and you can get the buses at Clapton pond ( again less than 5 mnst walk). The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet! I will Def stay there in my next visits to london
