“Spacious room in excellent location”
+The room was lovely and spacious and the location was excellent. Loads of lovely restaurants right on the doorstep.
−I would recommend bringing earplugs as the windows are not soundproofed at all but thats my only complaint.

“no sleep - had to check out”
+location
−didnt sleep as wall are paper thin. it does have kettle but no cup or tea spoon and you have to unplug fridge to use use it. floor could do with a mop - but clean bathroom for amsterdam standards - door to balcony loose.

“terrible.”
+we had to write everything terrible because we were never able to get into it. We called, we texted, we emailed but we never got a response. We ended up having to get a last-minute hotel in Amsterdam because they never would answer us. the only text we got from them was at the end of our supposed stay… they want to know how it was and to give us the check out time.
−we never were able to get in to the property.

“We enjoyed the neighbourhood, but the accommodation was very disappointing.”
+The location was great. The bed was comfortable.
−To describe it as a studio is misleading. There was a fridge (not plugged in), a kettle and a couple of glasses and bowls. but no cutlery or any other utensils. It felt like a student's bedroom with a clothes rack instead of a wardrobe and a few posters on the wall. We were each provided with a bath towel for a six day stay and our request for additional towels was ignored. The hallway was dirty as was the balcony, which overlooked the ventilation system for the restaurant next door. There was also no indication that you had to climb a steep staircase to get to the apartment. I also doubt that there was a working smoke detector.
