“Beautiful and traditional ryokan, with exceptional staff and luxury of having private in-room onsen.”
+An absolutely beautiful and incredible ryokan, set in a peaceful and tranquil location. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional, with such genuine warmth and an incredible attention to every little detail, making the entire experience feel truly special. The food was an amazing experience in itself, with beautifully prepared dishes and wonderful attention to detail. Having our own private onsen bath was an absolute luxury and made the experience particularly easy and enjoyable with children. It allowed us to fully embrace and experience the Japanese onsen tradition together as a family. A truly special place where Japanese hospitality, tranquillity and tradition come together. An unforgettable experience.

“Unique experience in an authentic Ryokan.”
+The service was amazing, Mai was an excellent host, very helpful and friendly. The food was real Japanese food, served over 2 hours (8 courses). I would go back anytime.

+Very authentic experience I liked the onsen and especially the staff which were very accommodating. The food was excellent!

−-Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas -El alojamiento no es fácil de encontrar: la ubicación no coincide con la que aparece en Google Maps, aunque está muy cerca, pero el hecho de no tener el nombre escrito en la entrada con caracteres occidentales dificulta aún más encontrarlo.

“Een bijzondere kennismaking met het traditionele Japan, maar voor ons te gedateerd en te duur voor wat je ervoor terugkr”
+Het personeel was vriendelijk en deed duidelijk zijn best. De Japanse tuin met vissen en het uitzicht vanuit de openbare baden waren mooi. Je krijgt hier zeker een indruk van het traditionele Japan.
−Het hotel was moeilijk te vinden en voelde erg gedateerd aan. De kamers, badkamer, douche en het tapijt waren oud en roken muf. Het diner en ontbijt bestonden grotendeels uit miso, rijst en vis, met weinig alternatieven. Ook voelde de gastvrouw soms gehaast, waardoor we niet helemaal ontspannen konden genieten. Gezien de prijs hadden we meer comfort, onderhoud en een betere prijs-kwaliteitverhouding verwacht.

“Ryokan spettacolare in mezzo al verde”
+Ryokan tipico ad Hakone in mezzo al verde con ponticelli e laghetto di carpe koi. Siamo stati accolti dallo staff e accompagnati nel nostro alloggio che era spaziosissimo, tutto in tatami con onsen privato e vista sul giardino. I pasti vengono serviti da una cameriera privata direttamente nell'alloggio. Se si arriva presto venite accolti con una merenda a base di mochi e matcha. Spettacolare anche l'onsen pubblico. Futon molto comodi. La cameriera era molto dolce e disponibile, ci ricorderemo per sempre lei che ci accompagna e ci saluta all'uscita del ryokan una volta concluso il nostro soggiorno.
