“Best staff, great service, awesome amenities and convenient!”
+The staffs were very friendly, helpful and available at all time! They're just a whatsapp message away. They offer massage services, floating breakfast, and even have a room service for food. The price is very reasonable for all the services. The check-in was smooth without hiccups. The place could be a bit hard to find if you come on your own but our tour guide was able to talk to the owner and find the place rather easily. I'd definitely come again!

“VILLA..HELLHOLE”
+Nothing
−The fact that the villa was not habitable when we arrived. They had been painting over the black mould throughout the villa. The paint was still wet when we arrived. They had been scraping paint off the masonry wall next to the pool, and the pool was full of paint scrapings and chunks of masonry. One of the guys working there told me that they were stones to decorate the pool. WTF. The kitchen was also covered in debris. Inside the toaster was full of paint scrapings. The bedrooms where they had been painting over the mould were full of the toxic smell from the paint. Due to the high humidity, there was no way that the paint would dry. I asked who the boss was, and one of the guys said I was. I asked if he could get the manager to come down to discuss the situation we had found ourselves in. We booked for 4 nights at a cost of $505.00 AUD. He went to get the manager and came back alone. I asked where the manager was, and he said he was the manager. Go figure...I told him that this was totally unacceptable to expect people to arrive at a building site, and the property should never have been advertised until all works were completed and villa was presentable for habitation. I reques

+Honestly we were very pleasantly surprised about this place! Everything was perfect, very clean, didn’t even have any geckos in the room which is super rare for Bali lol , the host quickly responded to all of our requests and easily adapted the breakfast hours to our schedule and an overall great experience! The place is offering very good deals for renting scooters or getting massages. Location is very quiet, easy accessible by car and especially by scooters, there is a place to leave your laundry to be washed not even 5 minutes walking distance, local temples and even a water fall at a walking distance. Couldn’t be more happy with our experience and if we are ever coming back to Ubud we would definitely choose the same place

“Beautiful villa and amazing lovely staff and people”
+We loved the whole set up: villa was beautiful and well located, close to a magnificent waterfall (5mn walk).
−Some construction work taking place nearby but this did not impact on our stay. We simply ignored it.
