+location , self check-in, option of late checkout and amazing place
−mold due to humidity in the shower but nothing tragic. Just the spots need a bit more attention from the cleaning staff

“Nice hotel near the MRT station”
+Very accesible to train station. The room is clean. Somehow outdated but beds are decent enough and comfortable. Convenient to walk to ximending and the view of the streets were amazing. I also like that the toilets has bidet.
−If you don't put down your blinds, everyone who looks up will be able to see you and the toilet is only covered if you put down the blinds which is a little scary that you will be visible from outside.

“Great location in Ximen by MRT.”
+Great location. Old property but the rooms were clean. Housekeeping was there if needed with fresh towels and linen readily available. Good WiFi and shower pressure. Auto check-in was easy at the kiosk. I’d stay for less than $150 per night in the same room (2 double beds, city view with window).
−It was an old building and the rooms could use a facelift or paint. But, it was still clean.
