+All the sheets were dirty. We were moved to another room, and the entrance key was given to another customer.
−We couldn’t lock the door; it was always open, so the room was not safe. For an entire day, we complained about the lack of electricity, but the property did not even check the issue. There was also no hot water.

“Avoid at all cost”
+I thought it was cheap at first and walking distance to the main areas.
−One of the worse experiences I've ever had. One of the coldest rooms I've ever been to. The owner demanded money in weird ways and unclear. Asked for paypal payments that were flagged as scam. Ended up paying through a company called skrill.com. guess what? Left the room in perfect state, but the 70e deposit haven't been returned, not even confirmed this shall be reimbursed, a week after check out. The owner ignoring my messages. Aside from this, only on arrival there was a kid that speak English. Never gave me even the key to the hostel and from that day, the only point of contact was the lady in the ground floor whom only speaks Arabic, not even French. The last goes on...

“SCAM PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE”

−SCAM STAY AWAY. They STOLE MY CASH and my POWER BANK. They THREATENED me, the rooms are VERY DIRTY and OLD with NO AIR CONDITIONING. There is BED BUGS I was bit around my whole body and itching. THERE IS NO HOT WATER. The rooms are freezing in the night and morning. Before checking in they were trying to get me to pay through PayPal while trying to charge my card on booking. After I paid them cash they still kept trying to charge my card. They have windows where people passing by can see you. At night there’s constantly people passing by it. Every morning there’s noises coming from downstairs. I paid for hot airballoon experience balloon experience $90 through them and never received it. The rooms lock is held on 2 screws that can easily be removed with a screwdriver. The WiFi barely worked. I would provide pictures of everything but it’s only letting me add 4. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I’ve visited 23 countries and this place is the worst. Completely ruined my trip to Morocco

“Cher et très vétuste”

−Appartement vétuste, électricité dangereuse, les prises étaient mal fixées au mur. Robinets brinquebalant. L’appartement ne se ferme pas à clé… le frigo était sale et il y avait de la nourriture dedans. Les armoires étaient déjà utilisées ! Le four servait de placard… Qu’un est rentré durant notre absence : nous avons trouvé une bouteille de parfum sur la table… Même si Hassan était très sympa, l’appart est bcp trop cher par rapport à son état actuel. nous sommes partis au bout d’une nuit, alors que nous en avions réservé 3.
