+Great location between Euston and Kings Cross Stations. Little studio has everything you need to set up.
−The shower heater was a bit confusing. To keep it from oscillating quickly between super hot and super cold it needs to be on eco mode. A little note about this would be beneficial

“Misleading photos, terrible sleeping conditions and appalling customer service - avoid!”

We paid over €200 per night for four nights, and this was easily one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. The only positive aspect was the convenient location near King’s Cross and Euston stations. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. Misleading photographs and apartment description One of our biggest complaints is that the apartment we received did not match the photographs advertised on Booking.com. The listing showed a significantly more spacious apartment with a sofa, windows that could actually be opened, and a television positioned directly opposite the bed. In reality, our apartment was considerably smaller, had no sofa whatsoever, and the television was mounted above a tiny kitchen table, making it practically impossible to watch comfortably from anywhere. We specifically chose this accommodation partly because of the advertised layout and the possibility of relaxing in bed while watching television. Had we known what we were actually getting, we would never have booked it. We consider these differences seriously misleading. Extremely

+Iron, blow dryer, the things in the kitchen I used worked well. Bed was comfortable, support to check-in / check-out was super clear and timely

−Durchgelesen und Shampoo war vorhanden. Es wäre auch schön, wenn Spülmittel zum Anwaschen oder Allzweckreiniger in der Wohnung vorhanden wäre. Ein paar mehr Wassergläser wären auch praktisch.

+L'alloggio ha una posizione strategica e centrale, vicino alle stazioni di King Cross e Euston, dove con la Tube puoi raggiungere tutta Londra

−È stato comunicato l’orario di arrivo per il check-in che era fuori dall’orario usuale considerato, ci è stato detto che non ci sarebbe stato nessun problema e che sarebbe stato tenuto in considerazione per permetterci un check in personalizzato. Il giorno in cui arrivano le istruzioni per il check in scopriamo che non era stato messo in conto l’orario di arrivo comunicato da noi, se non me ne fossi accorta personalmente probabilmente saremmo rimasti fuori dall’appartamento tutta la notte! Per fortuna mi sono adoperata e anche loro hanno immediatamente trovato una soluzione.

“Logement au top pour escapade en famille à Londres!”
+Logement très bien équipé, propre et très proche des transports, des bars ou restaurants et des supérettes. Fidèle aux photos. Immeuble très calme.
−Au 3eme et dernier étage sans climatisation . Pas de stores extérieurs donc chaud dans la chambre. Obligé de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes donc un peu bruyant le matin. Un petit guide de bienvenue avec consignes pour le logement (notamment gestion des poubelles) et conseils sorties, achats aurait été apprécié…
