“No complaints”
+I dont get the bad reviews, everything was nice and in order: room was clean and spacious, had AC, a mini fridge, TV, and a desk so you could work too. The bathroom was nice too, there was warm water and good water pressure, and I didnt have an issue with the drainage as other commenters. Towels, toilet paper and shower gel were provided. I also didn't really notice any humidity issue. The place was well located but quiet, the bed was also comfortable, I managed to get a good night sleep every night (and I stayed for 5 nights). Can't really speak about the shared space/kitchen because I didn't use it. The owner was also kind and patient. If I were to visit Evora again I think I would book this guesthouse again. I would recommend it to others too.
−There was one night when we had no electricity, but it was solved the next day. Besides that, I have no complaints.

+Pros: The location was OK, but gotta keep the window closed if you dont want to hear church bells going off every 45 mins. Cons: Oh boy, I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt because the host was kind enough to give me another quilt when I was ill and cold. But there was just so many things that are clearly just being left to degrade. Almost like they have given up on trying to fix things. First of all, the TV randomly at exactly 11.45pm every night turns on by itself. I thought it was weird the first night, confused the 2nd and really annoyed on the 3rd. The shower does not drain fast enough, so showers need to be taken in short bursts. The walls are peeling because theres clearly a leaky roof, and that does create black mould problems. The chair they provided is filthy. Theres still hair and marks and stains from whoever used it last. The "terrace" gets almost 0% sun and doesnt have any furniture or a view other than surprised pigeons. Furniture thats fallen off the wall is just tossed to one side. There is construction equipment everywhere in the kitchen/sofa/patio area. Kitchen cups and plates are often left unwashed or washed with a mauldy dish cloth and

+La ubicación es muy buena, estas en el centro de Évora.
−Tuvimos un problema con la cama, cuando llegamos vimos que faltaba una pata y que dos se movían mucho. Y al ir a dormir se nos cayó la cama. Tuvimos que quitar el somier y dormir con el colchón en el suelo. La respuesta de la persona de contacto un lo siento, hoy no puedo hacer nada. Y al día siguiente el silencio por respuesta. Los espacios están limpios, pero tienen un problema de humedad, que sería bueno arreglaran antes de seguir alquilando habitaciones.

+Óptimo para descansar, super tranquilo, asseado. Apto para calor ou frio, pois o ar condicionado é excepcional.

−Da limpeza, do barulho, das obras mesmo dentro da casa, da falta de interesse e da falta de resposta. Muita humidade dentro do quarto. Não recomendo.

+A localização é muito boa, mesmo considerando que nao há estacionamento e a chegada de um carro na porta é quase impossivel. O quarto apesar de muito pequeno atende perfeitamente 1 casal. Ambiente muito limpo. Boa roupa de cama e banho. Banheiro muito apertado mas tambem muito organizado e funcional.
−Talvez citar a falta de estacionamento proximo pode ser um problema para descarregar malas.
