“Budget accomodation that was secure.”
+Beds were reasonably comfortable given the price of the accomodation.
−Despite the beds being reasonably comfortable, the pillows could have used more freshness and the sheet I had on the bed had a small hole in it (looked like a mild burn).

“More than enough, for the price”
+It was clean, comfortable and certainly very adequately furnished for the price.
−Parking on the street. Not enough crockery and cutlery on the upper level where my room was. I also thought it advertised that breakfast was included...not that I would have eaten it as I brought my own...but this didnt seem to be the case.

“Budget Guesthouse in an expensive area . I”
+Close to railway station and Cronulla center
−Traffuc before say 10.30 a bit noisy, some other guests were a tad noisy coming in at late hour ,but you get that anywhere really .

+Great location and price
−There were lots of men drinking and smoking around, a man was laying on floor unconscious at the entry. I was a female alone and I was not feeling very safe in these conditions. I wouldn’t recommend for lady traveling alone.

“Did not stay as I had my wife with me, I don’t know if that’s the hat it was meant to be but it was not appropriate for”
+Nothing
−It was like a homeless shelter, full of drunk men with an overpowering smell of alcohol and urine

“I was just looking for a bed to sleep the night and it was fine. Enjoyed my breakfast and a chat.”
+Breakfast was good, couldn't find the sugar or butter, but I did see someone else with butter. It was reasonably quiet. I would stay again.
−Pillows and beds are very important. I know its hard to please everyone, but there is room for improvement. I think bed cleanliness was fine though.
