“Unfortunate.”
+Location, quality of furniture and availability of air conditioning
−Response to issue during stay. On a 4 day stay a 48h resolution initial timeline with no urgency. Only responded after pressure from formal complaint. Plumbing issues galore: cloggings and foul smells.

“The kitchen and living room are always shared and the bedrooms are too small”
+Location
−Even though I booked a fully private most expensive suite, the living room and kitchen were shared with other guests. I contacted property and showed the proof that nowhere it mentioned it has shared facilities. They admitted but refused to cancel and refund the money.

“Nice place for a short stay, unsatisfactory cleanness”
+Good position in a quiet neighbourhood, comfortable common area (living room-kitchen).
−The room is really small and lacks furniture; it was not properly cleaned before my arrival; an intermediate cleaning and towel change was supposed to be offered for stays of min 5-7 days but there was no sign of it.
