+There were desks in the room, the wifi was working alright, check-in was easy. There's a bus stop close by with several lines to the city center. The beds were fine.
−Unfortunately, what makes this place bad is the people. When we checked in (in the middle of the night), there was no hand soap and barely any toilet paper. I asked the staff to restock it the next day, but their answer was "there's toilet paper in the wardrobe and soap in the shop". There was no toilet paper in the wardrobe, which I told them several times and they didn't even bother to reply. And if they don't even want to provide hand soap, there's nicer ways to say that. Another problem was that the room only has sun shades and no blinds or black out curtains, and it's very very bright during the night. We barely got any sleep. I told this to the staff too, and asked them about solutions, but they basically stopped talking to me at this point. So their solution was that when a paying guest is nicely asking for solutions to problems they're experiencing, they just don't reply to them. Third, the cleanliness of the place. When we arrived, the toilet was dirty, the floor was covered in dust and an insane amount of hair, the tables were sticky and dusty. I had to hover, clean the toilet, and wipe the tables to be able to use the place. Between the bed and the wall, it was covered w

“Nice apartment”
+Little apartment with elevator (6th floor), kitchen and shared bathroom (just 2 rooms). It has a washing machine so you could wash your clothes, there was good Wi-Fi and AC. There are 2 big supermarkets nearby (kaufland and billa) and many transports as well. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.
−Not so close to the center but it was ok for us (20-25min walk)

+Close to the centre, working AC and easy check-in and check-out. For the low price the place was a catch!
−Some unclean and partly broken facilities. However mostly OK.
