+it is a scam, dont go!
−I got scammed for 15 euros, basically, it isnt even the same adress as in the ad, its actually nr 201, not 211 (they seem to change it everyday, some people said 206). I got there and a woman told me that the reservations are cancelled and that there is no refund, I tried contacting booking but they didnt respond also.

+Nothing positive.
−He scares authorities a lot. That is the reason he put the wrong address on the booking platform. He is almost available on the phone. The toilet flash doesn't work. The TV and air conditioning don't work. The house has 3 air conditioning, and he says all are broken but he put on booking dot com the house has air conditioning as a house facility. He doesn't care about the negative reviews about his property. He sometimes borrows money from guests. He also sometimes smokes and drinks whisky in the house. The house has only 1 toilet and 1 shower. They are together in 1 space and not separated and 5 people need to use them, which is far away from European standards. He can not solve even a small problem with the guests in a calm and friendly way, and he acts in a shouty and aggressive way. In the case he behaves aggressive, report to the police. All he is doing in the house is illegal. In short, I should say that this man knows nothing about this business.

−Sometimes not quite right here.. Asking for cash payments for off the platform bookings. Taking a small deposit but then disappearing. It's funny because i think there's a generous spirit somewhere there but it needs to stay more like a business so people feel more comfortable with the arrangement👍

+Nothing no such apartment in building spent over 2 hours on street trying to locate phony address.
−Spending my vacation trying to find my accommodations rented room at cactus hotel down the street. Will never do business with you people again. Even phone no. does not work. Looks like you people don't check things out. I expect my money back no credit memos to use for future. I am going to report this.
