“Lovely stay in the heart of the old town”
+I was a solo traveller. Excellent location of the apartment. In the heart of the old town but 100m away from the main hustle bustle so was easy to catch a night's sleep. Close to grocery store, pharmacy, traditional restaurants and everything else that you want. Marica (the host) was very responsive and helpful over Whatsapp and ensured an easy checkin and stay. I will recommend this place to whoever is considering a stay in split.
−I don't want to say that I did not like this but few things that travellers should be aware: Taxis do not come to the apartment so people should be ready to climb up the road on foot with their luggage, and also on the stairs. The building is a bit old so the walls are not exactly sound proof. So just be mindful. None of this bothered me at all and I enjoyed my stay.

“Would definitely go back”
+Studio apartments 1 and 2 - bright, airy, lovely views. The hospitality, wonderful showers and the location- 5 minutes to get to the main promenade
−The third terraced apartment was large clean, great shower, very comfortable but was dark. Was very glad that we had booked all three rooms as we hung out together on the lovely balcony connected to the other 2 rooms

+Amazing location in the heart of Split but down a side street. Pedestrian area so quiet enough to get a fantastic nights sleep. Restaurants are on the doorstep, you can walk to the port from here easily and the old town. We booked up trips and the meeting points were all near to the accommodation. 10 out of 10 for location.
−There was nothing we didn't like. Our host was very quick to answer messages, and she messaged us twice while we were there to check everything was ok. The air conditioning in the main kitchen area was lovely and much needed. Only thing I would say is I sleep with the bedroom door closed so did not benefit from it in the bedroom. All the same, I slept well so it wasnt a big issue.

“Would stay again”
+Location is close to everything. About a 15 minute walk from the flixbus stop. 5 minute walk from the local bus stop. Great restaurants and air conditioning was amazing after an extremely hot day in Split

“Super welcoming host in a great location!”
+The host was super welcoming. The water pressure was good, the location great
−Unfortunately, there was one thing that bothered me. We had the two bedroom apartment, in the master bedroom the was a door leading to another apartment which was obviously locked, but it was quite a thin door with window which was covered. Unfortunately, when the other Aprtment had their light on, it shone right into the master bedroom. You can also hear every conversation.

“Buena ubicación”
+La ubicación, está muy cerca del centro pero por la noche no se oía ruido. La anfitriona fue muy atenta. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check-in, cosa que se agradece. El apartamento estaba bastante bien equipado y limpio.
−La bañera, era muy alta y costaba mucho entrar y salir de ella. Además el apartamento no tenía ni persianas ni cortinas por lo que cuando amanecía, se llenaba de luz y sin antifaz era difícil dormir si eres delicado en ese sentido

“Instängt rökigt ingen stans att sitta eftersom balkongen inte ”fanns””
+Läget.
−Det stod att det skulle vara balkong, fanns även på bild. Men det var värdinnans balkong! Jag frågade även på medelande OM den balkongen var våran, och fick Ja till svar (?) Vi hade ett utrymme med glasdörrar i sovrummet med 2 gamla träpallar, en bakgård som såg ut som trasch!! Gick inte att sitta där Se bifogat! Vi kunde inte ha dörren öppen heller pga all rök. Luktade otroligt äckligt. Instängt. Dåligt med köksutrustning! Inga sängbord. En läslampa på ena sidan. Gammalt, smutsigt mer en källarvåning än botten våning.
