“Relaxing and enjoying, so much so time went to fast. Can’t wait to come back and possibly visit longer.”
+View is captivating. Rooms are comfortable and clean. And the pool and spa are perfect for the grandkids to enjoy while we enjoy the view and a hot beverage watching from the deck.
−More of an observation/suggestion not so much as “what we didn’t like “ because we have no complaints and enjoy the whole resort. Suitcase carts are a bit awkward to use, don’t steer very easily, upgrade the carts if possible. Carts get rough when using hallway doors to get to your room, . I’m a senior and in pretty good shape and it is bit difficult to maneuver them through those doors. The only thing I can think of is bigger, softer cart wheels and or feather the threshold plates so it’s not as bumpy and hard especially if you have a full load. Also if you don’t have help it’s challenging to hold the door open, especially if the wind is blowing, and get the cart through. Automatic doors, magnetic device’s,regular door wedges?

“I recommend this property.”
+The property was clean and the desk clerk was nice. Only stayed for one night so don’t have anything to say more. Would I want to stay again? Perhaps.
−The property is located near the beach but I didn’t have time to see it since I only had a one-night stay. Although the property is a little older compared to the other property I stayed in, it was still pleasant. Would I stay again? Perhaps.

“We would definitely stay here again!”
+Our first night here was in one of the balcony rooms facing the ocean and it was the best bed we had slept in for our trip, the view was fabulous and the room had all the amenities we needed. We tried to book this same room for a 2nd night, but it was already booked, so we got a different room. This other room had all the amenities and was comfortable, but the mattress wasn't quite the same - still good but that other one was great. We found out that each room is owned by a different person which is why they are decorated differently and the beds are not the same. This was fine and actually made the rooms more unique than a typical motel/hotel. If we find ourselves back in Ocean Shores we will definitely book this place again. The walk to the beach was a good distance but was well worth it and we saw deer in the hedge row, just outside the hotel. This place doesn't look like much on the outside and yes, the furniture in our two rooms seemed a bit dated but comfort and amenities, as well as location made this place a 10 in our books.
−We didn't use the pool or any other facilities, so I didn't like being charged for a resort fee that we didn't use - but perhaps this fee also pays for someone to cut the grass and keep the path to the beach accessible, which we enjoyed once. I didn't ask if we could omit this charge as I assumed that it was a required fee and non-negotiable. This would be my only complaint as it made the rooms quite expensive.

“The staff are amazing!!”
+My Grandmother and I stayed for two nights, just came home today. The room was really nice, big and clean. We got a studio room that had a kitchenette, it had everything we needed it was great! We had one light in our room we couldn't find a switch for but that made for a comical evening. On our last night there my car battery had died in the hotel parking lot. It was late at night but the lovely Danna (sorry if I spelt that wrong) was able to help jump my battery and she stayed with me until we were positive everything was good. She was very sweet and so helpful during a stressful moment! She saved us!! The pool is nice and kept up, the trails to the beach were clearly marked and fun to walk. We loved it there! Definitely want to come back again!
