“Overall, I would recommend it.”
+The biggest plus of this place is its great location. There’s a bus stop right next to the building, from which you can get to places like the Vatican or the Colosseum. The room was fine; the shower in the bathroom wasn’t in the best condition, but it worked. Breakfast consisted of a croissant and coffee,the bald man was very rude; he gave us what was probably the driest croissant on the counter. The next day, a very nice woman served us.
−On the day we arrived, we were given a room that wasn't the one I had booked. I had booked a deluxe double room, but we were given what was probably the smallest room in the guesthouse, with a view of an apartment building and no balcony. On the plus side, after I reported this to the front desk, we were given a different room two days later,one that was larger and had a balcony.

“I wouldn't stay at this place again. sorry”
+breakfast was good at a pasticeria next to the building. however my stay included 3 breakfast and I have to pay of one the reception guy say he was going to be at the reception the last day at 8am and he wasn't. not only that I added a comment time of arrival from 4-5pm. I arrived at 4:30pm no one was there i had to call and email booking since no one was answering I have to wait about 30 mins, and I have to pay 6 euros per day in cash that was not listed in the confirmation and I wasn't carrying any cash.

“It's a SCAM”
+I do not recommend. The owner is a thief, an impostor, who refused to accommodate us even though the rooms were paid for since February. This hotel should be closed permanently. Avoid this hotel if you do not want to have a vacation It is a SCAM.

“Stay away from this place if you want to have a nice vacation.”
+The owner did not allow us to stay in the rooms already paid for in the Destinia account because the owner asked us for an additional payment of 45 euros/room/day for each room booked. The owner claimed that it was an error of the Destinia agency. He tried to take advantage of the fact that we arrived at 11 pm and ask us for additional money on the rooms already paid for. The owner is an imposter who refused to refund the money we had already paid. We, the 9 people (7 adults + 2 children) had to leave the reception and look for other accommodation options at midnight. From the reviews of other customers, we saw that the owner did the same with other customers, not being the first offender. The 3 rooms were paid for 2 months in advance. We couldn't agree to the overcharging of the rooms. The owner only speaks Italian, it's hard to communicate with him. I do not recommend staying here at Gregory Place. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. Stay away from this place if you want to have a nice vacation.

“Rekommenderar inte detta boende”
−Fanns kackerlackor i rummet varje dag, tom i sängen fast jag påpekade det o ville bytta till ett annat rum sa de att de städat. Jag ville ha reducerat pris o de skulle höra av sig men det gjordes inte. Ohyran drog ner på hela vistelsen, det var svårt att sova o slappna av när kackerlackorna även fanns i sängen. Duschkabin var ofräsch rostig. Rekommenderar inte detta boende.

“Locație excelentă”
+Locație excelenta la 10 minute de mers pe jos pana la zidurile Vaticanului, personal destul de prietenos. Paturile foarte comode, lenjeria si prosoapele curate si foarte moi.
−Destul de curat, însă covorul foarte uzat si murdar mi-a lăsat o impresie proasta. Tablourile, drăguțe de altfel, aranjate fără niciun still estetic. Acestea ar putea îmbunătăți foarte mult vizual camera conferind un aspect luxos camerei, in cazul in care ar fi aranjate mai simetric si nu atât de multe pe un singur perete (cel puțin camera verde). Având in vedere aceste aspecte, raportul calitate preț nu este unul prea bun.

−Acqua gelida, la struttura che dice di parlare italiano e invece parla inglese , il deposito bagagli che invece non c’è perché in struttura non c’è nessuno , sono indiani che vanno ad aprire quando arriva qualcuno e poi spariscono. La caldaia era rotta quindi niente doccia , acqua dal water che scorre in continuazione , ho chiesto un rimborso e mi hanno dato 10 euro, ne ho spesi 15 per un deposito bagagli esterno.
