“Super comfortable beds!”
+Surprisingly, the bed exceeded expectations. I was traveling extensively and was exhausted. Upon entering, I chatted with a few folks and realized construction crews were working and staying at the hotel for the affordability and location. And then, the bed really allowed me to get a good night's rest, despite the initial appearance.
−Upon entering the room, I really could tell the usual patrons were construction workers and their families. I recommend taking time to air out each room because, believe it or not, the golden gem of this hotel are their beds and worth the stay. Also, the front desk was kind enough to place me in a quiet hotel room, so kudos to the front desk.

“Wouldn't stay here again unless the only other option was on the street, dirty and overpriced.”
+The free breakfast if I brought food I could store it and cook it.
−It was sketchy, dirty, not well stalked didnt have enough towels, no conditioner, ran out of silverware at breakfast and had to share. We couldn't find anyone to restock our room or the breakfast. The "gym" was a joke with 2 exercise machines. There was no parking and a bar that was playing loud music into the night. The bed was terrible and the room had one see through shade that let in all the light. I went to clean up some water that spilled and the towel was coated in dirt. Disgusting just glad we didn't get bed bugs.

“Very mediocre at best. I will not be staying at Greentree again.”
+did not have breakfast, special diet
−The room was not very clean. It had an unpleasant smell. Carpet just gross with stains. Hair all over shower curtain. Ceiling peeling off and no fan in bathroom, which explains mold smell. Sheets super worn out-pretty shabby experience. I wasn’t expecting a palace but my son and i felt it was just nasty
