5.0+Clean enough. Nearby pub. Good communication with owner.
−The tents are smaller than on the pictures and could do with a clean. Inside it was clean. Very busy motorway which you can hear (bring earplugs!). On the expensive side for what it is. Blankets not provided.

10.0“Beautiful site for a quiet getaway”
+Beautiful remote location, the domes/yurts were spaced out so we had privacy and it felt like we were the only ones there. Great space and facilties, plenty of room for us and two dogs. Host provided tea, coffee and crockery. It just felt so cosy and peaceful Toilet/showers were very clean and liked that there were individual units with a shower and toilet rather than a communal sort of block which we've had on other sites
−My only drawback would be the WiFi which she did warn us was intermittent due to location, but we both used our phone data and that was fine

5.0“Passable, but sadly wouldn’t return.”
+The shower block was great and the site was nice and quiet. There is a good distance between the tents.
−The tent we stayed in was probably very nice when the site was first opened, but it all looks a bit tired and in need of significant maintenance. The site is self-check in and out, so we didn’t have any sense of who owns it, or feeling of hospitality. It is expensive for what it is. It has great potential but I think the owners need to look at facilities with fresh eyes, or charge less.

5.0+Beautiful setting, nice touches inside the dome such as plants and scatter cushions. Also an a/c unit!
−There was no one on site at all throughout the duration of our stay. I know it's a check yourself in situation but a total absence of anyone for the entirety....? The location of the toilets / showers was not clear. They could definitely do with a sign or two. There was a lot which needed updating / fixing. Our kettle for example, didn't have a knob on the lid so it couldn't be opened and had to be filled through the spout. The kitchen shed didn't lock/stay secure on one side, it had to depend on the other side and overall it was lopsided and had gaps. In addition, and more worryingly, .our dome, Kite, didn't lock due to the fact the little knob was missing from the sliding part of the lock so we couldn't slide it over and then open. I must say this made me feel rather vulnerable being just me and my daughter. Lastly.....on the last day I got locked in the toilet because the handle had fallen off from the inside.....!

9.0“Lovely quiet relaxing time”
+Lovely location and facilities were perfect. Beds were surprisingly comfortable
−A warning that there are horses immediately behind. We arrived in the dark so don’t realise they were there. We were woken in the night to what sounded like something trying to get in the tent!

8.0“Beautiful, quiet stay with scenic views.”
+It was very nice and I liked design and presentation of the yurt. It had a seating area outside and there were fantastic views. It was nice and quiet and was a great place to stay. The beds were comfy and it was a nice size and quite spacious. It was a real gem of a find. I loved listening to the owls hooting whilst lying in bed and looking at the sky through the skylight window. It was magical.
−The door kept getting stuck and was really loud trying to open and close. Could have done with a lick of paint. The toilets had codes so little kids couldn’t use freely. There were some utensils but needed more. The bin didn’t get changed and I accidentally dropped a glass in the kitchen area and there was not brush or bin to clean it up.

6.0“For the price, we would not return”
+There are some good points about Greenacres, the views and quietness are very pleasant. Convenient location with a village shop and pub right by. Within the campsite the bathrooms are not too far a walk away. Ease of access & checking in.
−For the money, it was not worth it for us, there are some major things missing for this to be seen as a “glamping” site: • As a group of four we were put in one tent with two small camping beds either side the main bed, which were very uncomfortable • Basic things like paper towel in the kitchenette, lack of cooking equipment, old worn and used sponges in the washing up station and no towels made this feel less like “glamping” • there were ants all in our tent which we had to sort ourselves as there never seems to be any staff on site • you have to pay for wood for the fire, something I’ve never experienced before for glamping and for considering the price we paid • the outside of the tent is not very well maintained and could do with a tidy up, there is also no lighting outside your tent so you cannot enjoy the evening outside, it could do with some string lights • generally the level of cleanliness in the small kitchen and bathrooms could be improved • WiFi is not effective

10.0“Greenacres Glamping”
+14-year-old daughter, along with my friend and her 12-year-old son , for a two-night stay. Honestly the best accommodation experience we've ever had! The domes were fantastic , air-conditioned, incredibly comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The cooking facilities were brilliant, we made full English breakfasts and had barbecues every night. We did karaoke outside, stargazed with the kids which was absolutely magical, saw the beautiful horses on site, and us girls enjoyed a little spa evening with face masks. The staff are so friendly, warm and quick to help. We will 100% be returning!
−Bring your own towels just in case , they weren't provided but the welcome email suggests you can request linen. Bring coal for the BBQ or there's a shop 2 minutes away. Take a day trip to Weston-super-Mare , about 1hr 45 mins away, great with kids!

10.0“Wonderfully relaxing, beautiful glamping site and experience”
+Fabulous little glamping site. We stayed in Heron, the Shepherds hut. It was lovely and clean, great storage, lovely little kitchenette attached. Everything you could need. The shower facilities are exceptional. Very clean, really hot showers and spotless. We will definitely be returning to stay in any of the glamping accommodation there.
−Nothing not to like!

10.0“This is a really peaceful, well maintained, charming place to stay. Loved it”
+Our little Shepherds Hut was really sweet, very comfortable bed and well thought out space and fittings. Adorable
−Not being able to lock the hut, we knew in advance but it still felt a bit strange leaving our stuff in there. Maybe we are just awful townies though not trusting enough
